Many of the rights are enshrined in Iran's constitution written after the victory of the Islamic Revolution under the wise leadership of Imam Khomeiniin 1979.
President Hassan Rouhani said in a televised ceremony on Monday that the achievement was "one of my oldest dreams".
"I'm very pleased that today one of my most important promises is being delivered and I am achieving one of my oldest dreams."
Quoting the founder of the Islamic revolution, Imam Khomeini, Rouhnai said: "No one is allowed to enter another person's house, shop or private workplace without the permission of the owner... in the name of discovering whether crimes or sins have been committed."
"One of the major demands of Iranian people is citizenship rights," said the president, adding, "This bill is a call by the Iranian nation against some arrogant Western countries who think they are ahead of Third World countries in human rights."
It is worthy to mention that the victory of the Islamic Revolution put Iran on the track of progress, boosted their rights and defended the rights of oppressed nations across the globe.
