Just a few lines of Imam’s message changed the sorrow full attitude of soldiers and commanders into an ambiance of hope and confidence.
It was the day after Badr operation we did not accomplished no piece of the mission and the enemy had put us under its hard pressure and re-invaded some pieces of our land. Everyone was badly down. In the central base of commandership all the units were ready to get the chance of attacking the enemy at night and repossess the new locations taken by him. Then Imam’s message to the commanders of the army and Sepah –Islamic Revolutionary Guards-- arrived:
“I‘ve heard that some of the commanders are worried tell them no reason for worrying. While I’m praying for you and martyrs but same time you’ve got to bear in mind that we’re to be submissive to the God’s intention. We are not better than Imams they also seemed failing sometimes, the holly prophet as well as Imam Ali and his sons Hassan and Hosein –peace be upon them all –. We are too low in rank in compare with them. First is God’s destiny which we are to well come and appreciate it whatever it is, it must be taken as sweet as honey, and never be worried about anything else. Stay strong and from now on think of your next operation and be sure that you win. You are already victorious since you work for God and there is no losing in God’s job”.
