Imam Khomeini proved that Islam is fully capable of establishing a government with preservation of all of its basic principals and identity in this age of science. The oppressed nations of the world were inspired by Imam's guidance following the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Therefore, they started to confront the imperial and colonial powers who exercise jealously towards the Islamic Republic. Imam Khomeini's slogan of 'neither East, nor West' encouraged the spirit of independence-seeking small countries against the imperial powers.
