It has been reported through a series of memoirs that Imam always encouraged officials to go ahead with doing and carrying out great tasks and rendering services to the public masses.
But at the same time, Imam also always believed that the checks and balances should be in place to contain any wrong doings or enhance performance by the authorities in various departments whether judiciary, legislative or executive branches of the government.
Imam on several occasions also warned against those who used to resort flattering tongue to gain their personal gains or settle their personal scores. Imam believed such individuals could harm the system.
